Showkini has an exchange only policy and unfortunately does not offer refunds. Showkini will accept any goods for an exchange that were purchased at full price and are in their original condition being clean, unworn, and unwashed. Swimwear should be returned in its original packaging with sanitary stickers intact to swimwear bottoms and any tags still attached.
Items being returned for an exchange must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. Showkini will not accept exchanges for any sale/discounted items.
To request an exchange please email email@example.com with the subject ‘EXCHANGE’. Please include your Name, Order Number, and any details of the item you wish to exchange. You will then receive a form to complete your exchange with shipping details.
Showkini will take no responsibility for any items lost through return postage. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any cost of return shipping to and from Showkini is at the customer’s own expense.
In the unlikely event of your swimwear being received damaged, please email us immediately including any images of the damaged item/s. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
